We cannot get 24x7 to interface with email on a new server on which it was just installed. The server is NT4.0 with service pack 6A, and we are running 24x7 v3.4.5. Our email is Lotus Notes. Within system/options, I have selected SMTP mail, entered the correct IP address for our Notes Server, and have tried all four means of email encoding, but it still is not working.........it causes the 24x7 software to lockup and it shows up as 'not responding' in the task manager.
