Post running a job n times a minute... Reply with quote

How do I run a job n times a minute? For example every 10 seconds?

The smallest interval I see as an option when configuring a job is 1 minute.

Thank you,
Nico

Although 24x7 supports down to the second intervals you should not use them, that's why the GUI allows selecting intervals in minutes.
Instead you should design a job that starts on "startup" and internally implements a loop that every 10 seconds performs the desired action. For example to run Notepad every 10 seconds you can create a script type job with the following code:

Dim pid, number
LoopWhile True, END_LOOP
RunAndWait "notepad.exe", "", 0, pid
Wait 10
END_LOOP:

If you really wish to set a job with "All day" schedule type to use 10 seconds interval you can do in several way, the quickest is to use a temp job which you will run just once manually. That job should be of script type with just line of code
JobModify "name of main job here", "INTERVAL", 10

After you run this templ job you can delete it.
