Sorry, I am not aware of any plans at this time for HP-Unix port. This mostly depends on the demand. If there will be a demand for such version will make it.

As far as know, a PAM-compatible version of HP-UX 11 was expected to be available in 2001. So that porting of 24x7 Remote Automation Server for Sun Solaris to HP-UX with PAM should be a simple recompilation thing.
