If you are using v2.4.0, I highly recommend upgrading to this version. This version fixes known problems 24x7 remote agents and makes SMTP more compatible with version v2.3.x and earlier. It also exposes additional SMTP properties in Tools/Option menu (General/Email set of properties) that allow sending email in different formats having different message content type.
