Has anyone else had any trouble entering the registration code? I cannot get the program to allow me to enter my code into the field. It is as if the editing on the field is messed up. I was using the demo, it expired, so I bought it and now need to register it. Any help would be appreciated.

You have "Large Fonts" selected in your Windows Display Settings. Change your Windows Display Settings to "Standard", enter serial number, then restore your settings back.

I truly appreciate the quick response but, actually, I am running WinNT with 32M colors in 800-600 with small fonts. My only choices were small or large fonts. After getting this message I did try to play with the settings but couldn't find a combination that worked. Any other suggestions that I may try because I need to get this working again ASAP.

If you know how to use the Registry Editor you can input that number directly to the registry "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\2.0\Serial" key.
