Is there any way to find out what's changed in the minor upgrades of 24x7 (2.3.1, 2.3.2). I haven't found anything, neither on the website, nor in the upgrade package ...

First digit in the number indicates major version, second digit indicates minor version (that includes some new fetures and bug fixes), and the last digit simply indicates fix level for the minor version, therefore 2.3.1, 2.3.2 are the the same as 2.3.0 with some broken functionality fixed.
