Post MailSendWithAttachment Reply with quote

When I send an email attachment(MS Word Document - example.doc) using the "MailSendWithAttachment" statement, the email subject and message are received by the recipient, but the attachment is much smaller in size compared to the original.

When the attachment is opened using Outlook, instead of opening Word and showing the correct contents of "example.doc", Notepad opens a document named "ATT02284.txt" which contains garbage. I only see this "new" file name after it is opened, although the email attachment shows "example.doc".

Do you have any suggestions that would allow the recipient to read the document originally attached?

By the way, I'm using SMTP to send the email.

Thanks.

Try updating 24x7ws.dll using http://www.softtreetech.com/download/24x7ws.dll
This file includes couple of changes to resolve incompatibility issues with some SMTP servers. This file will be also provided with the following maintanence release of the 24x7 Scheduler.
