How to change code page

In my Database code page is AR8MSWIN1256 that's mean code page is window-1256
but in email it's show

In DB Mail settings you can change message type to text/html then in the message html you can specify any codepage you want
for example your message can contain single or multiple context-type tags as below.

meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1256"
