DB Tools version 4.1.17 is now available.

* This new version includes new component called File Loader. File Loader can be used to loaded Excel (XLS), Tab-separated (TXT) and comma-separated (CSV) files into new and existing database tables - the load process is as simple as 3 mouse clicks.
* A number of other minor enhancements have been made, including support for materialized views in the Object Navigator, SQL Editor and object/schema reverse-engineering tools.
* SQL Editor now supports SQL CASE statements and provides support for more SQL*Plus compatible commands.
* Other minor enhancements.
