We are trying to determine if a Single User license for the Oracle DB Tools would be appropriate in our case. In order to answer I had the following questions:

1. With a Single User license could I manage multiple databases on different Servers.

2. Could two Single User license point to the same SoftTree repository? Or would each Single user licensed product maintain its own schema and monitoring statistics?

Yes, you can. You can actually manage any number of databases because it is a Single USER License (not single database license)

This is always the case - only one repository is created and it is shared between all users, however each database requires a separate repository to store statistics collected within that database.
