What email system and client do you use? The 24x7 Scheduler searched for messages by subject first. Once a potential message is found, the 24x7 reads the entire message to obtain message text. It compares both the subject and text to the parameters you've specified for the email "trigger". If there is a full match, it starts the job. The point is that you message was read. You email system should reset the "new" status of this message, but apparently it does not. Therefore, 24x7 keeps finding this message every 10 minutes. : I have a mail trigger setup on one job to run whenever a mail with the : subject "Run job now" comes into the inbox. The job checks every : ten minutes for the email. Wouldn't you know it, as soon as the message : arrives, every ten minutes after it re-runs the job without the presence : of NEW mail. The mail message is still there, but according to : documentation, it only checks new mail.
