Post Running command on the server Reply with quote

If I have an access on the server, on which I want to run a valid command, can I schedule that command to run on the server? And also, let's say that the command may reside on a server, can the processing of the command will still take place on the pc that is running the scheduler?

You should setup 24x7 Remote Agent on the server. When setting a new job just select the desired Remote Agent name from the Host drop-down list, so your command will be scheduled and processed on your PC but executed on the server. At the executin time 24x7 Scheduler will contact Remote Agent and tell it what to do.

If you just want to run the program that reside on your server/network drive then all you need is an access to that server/network drive. This way you command will run on the PC.
