I do not recive any info or errors
eventhough I am connected with Database

Is there any way to TEST weather is it working ?

Create a condition that leads to alert. This way you can test it.

Also, make sure you have correctly configured alert monitors and packages in the DB alert graphical interface.
For example, if you choose to generate alerts for various database errors, make sure to enter list of errors that you want to monitor and then simulate these these errors.

I tried all that. It does not even dsiplay
message on alert window except for first time
it displays it is connected with database

Please describe which alert moniors have you enabled. What you specified as conditions for alerts and what have you done to test them. Please provide as much details as possible.

You mean to say Under DB Error Monitor tab I kept it %
so it will show all ther errors, is it right?

Or Do I need to configure something else?
DO you have a procedure that I can follow step by step?

Well, at least I know now that you are trying to monitor errors and not something else. Did you install the ORA_MONITOR user and when prompted did you choose to install the Error Monitoring?
The procedure is describe in the User's Guide.
