DB Mail does not store data permanently in the database for performance reasons so there is nothing to be indexed. For auditing purposes you can enable message logging and archiving options in DB Mail console. This will cause it to write all sent and failed messages to processing log files. It also provides options to periodically compress and archive these log files. : Hello, : Can DB Mail produce a file of all in and out going messages with attachments : that was sent to a particular : email address? : Can DB Mail data be indexed and archeived to give to an SEC agent during an : audit? : Thanks! : Dexter : 337-983-0676
