DB Tools "front-end" runs on Windows only, BUT it supports any Oracle database v7.2 and later running on any platform! including Linux, Solaris and all other. DB Tools "back-end" objects are pure Oracle code so that again they support any Oracle database running on any platform! Of course different features are available in different Oracle versions.
