[11.0.35 Pro] - Busy processing another request

I've bumped into a very strange issue. When I run a long query in SE, it regularly throws a warning stating:

	The current database connection is busy processing another request. Please try again later.

Now, that warning is a modal dialog and the funny part is that it's not modal to SE but the application currently being in the front. (Wait for it :)

And check this short video here. See? :) In the video there was a warning already present in the background that locked SE. I switched to Opera and started writing this post and then suddenly, another warning, this time locking Opera.

Automatic SQL Syntax Check, Query Performance Analysis and spelling check are all disabled.

For some reason it's wanting to refresh something, maybe the database explorer, but the connection is busy. Thank you. I will share this with the team.
