I did not change anything recently . I uninstall it and reinstall againe and delete the whole diretory . Based on your description of what you have done, I recommend reinstalling the application so that it can recover any missing files. If you still get that error, it might be that the version you install doesn't match settings in your preferences.xml file, it's looking for something that's not available or different in the version installed.
