When you hit for an specific table (or looking for a snippet, etc.), the floating window have not a resizing according the matched options, causing that you have a blank space at bottom of the floating window.

This is a feature, not an issue. If you manually change size of an Intellisense popup or some resiable dialog window, SQL Assistant will remember the size you selected. To get the size back, either make the popup window smaller, or delete %APP_DATA%\SQL Assistant\9.0\SqlAssist.ini file. In the latest case it will reset dimensions of all windows to factory default dimensions and you loose your size customization.

This was always just right below my "stimulus threshold" :) Good to know it could be reset by deleting that file. But there are tons of other stuff in SqlAssist.ini. Could you create a hotkey for only resetting/removing the entries affected, please?
