Post How to integrate with 3rd party SQL Editor not named yet Reply with quote
Hi, the software is impressive, hands down the best SQL Editor
assistant; i would be buy it immediately only that, my only
concern is about how to integrate it with my current editor
(it has his own auto-intellisense but yours is better);
the editor is SqlDbx from www.sqldbx.com
So, a guide to integrate Softree Assitant with SqlDbx?

Thanks in advance

While in the editor, press Ctrl+Shift+F5. If the editor implements Windows compatible edit control, SQL Assistant will be able to hook to it and work with the editor. If it is not compatible, you will see some sort of an error message like unsupported Window class or something similar, then you are out of luck.

Out of curiosity, what type of database server(s) do you use sqldbx for?

Ok, after testing, i'm at the side of 'out of luck' ( e.g. "Unsupported window class" )
I use several version of SQL Server, 2000 -> 2008.

Sad. It would be nice and more attractive if SQL Assistant supported SqlDbx
(the best editor with the best tool for SQL).

Sorry. It doesn't appear to be compatible. You may want to check with the developers of SqlDbx if they would be willing to integrate SQL Assistant using the available SQL Assistant API.
