Web interface |
|
We recently installed the Web Management Interface.
Connecting remotely or locally with Mozilla or Internet Explorer, I am able to login, see the folders and icons but I cannot see the jobs or monitors (greyed out).
So although the initial page looks fine, I cannot do anything. THe folders are all empty.

It doesn't seem to recognize you as an administrator. Add yourself to the Users list and set your role to Administrator. Make sure you use the same user name in the Users list and in the web console, they must match exactly, including the domain part.

I spoke too soon. When I choose to view Job Monitor, I get this error:
Error Accessing Job Database: 27
I am an administrator.

Do you get the same error with the Queue Monitors?

Not always. But I don't think the queues are being displayed properly.

What do you mean by "Not always?" Can you describe, when you get an error, and when not?
