$OBJECT$ no longer returns database part when selecting a schema or other object in another database.

Any progress on this issue? It is still omitting the database name (now in current database too). Is there a DB query that should have been changed when installing updates?

It seems like the issue has been fixed already in some intermediate build, but the fix is not released yet, I checked the status of the associated ticket and it is not clear to me when that fix was made and where it is now. I will post a status update later.
