Retry after error won't work

We have several jobs that run a vbs script and would like to have them retry after error but it isn't working. I set one of the jobs to retry after 30 seconds and in the logs it fails after 1 try and never tries to run again.

10/19/2010 11:26:30 CONDOR 556 Load Maxient Error message sent.

10/19/2010 11:26:30 CONDOR 556 Load Maxient Attempt 1 of 4 to run this job failed, will retry in 60 seconds.

10/19/2010 11:26:30 CONDOR 556 Load Maxient Remote job failed. Exit code: -1. Process finished with exit code 2

Can you tell me what the following execution property settings are for the failing job?

Disable On Error
Retry After Error
Retry Interval
Number of Retries
Ignore Errors

Also, does the job have any action it performs in response to an error that might be failing?

This feature is now working after we upgraded to 3.6.
