There is a possible bug in DB Connections. When setting Authentication to Windows Authentication for an MSSQL connection it uses SQL Authentication and vice versa.

Thank you for your bug report. Did you mean the Options dialog, Connect to Database dialog or something else?

I noticed that when it brought up the Execute Script on Multiple Servers window. But I believe the connections there are the same that are in the Options -> DB Options -> DB Connections.
