For now , the only problem (but very boring) of last beta is that sql server management closed without alerts, events and errors, for 2 times, always during a query completition...

Please turn off the automatic syntax check feature to see if that solves the issue with crashes.
To turn it off, right click in the editor area, then choose the following menu, SQL Assistant -> Check SQL Syntax -> Auto Check -> Off

With the 4.0.28 and this options off seems that sql server management doesn't crash anymore, do i try to re-enable the feature now ?

Yes, please. This way we would know if the problem is caused by a conflict between real-time syntax checker and something else.
