Reasoning: You are listing the things this manual describes, including:
"how to" use the graphical user interface
"how to" register editors for SQL Assistant
"how to" use code completion features
"how to" use SQL Reference functions and database integration options
"How to" is implied in each item because only that gives "register editors for SQL assistance" meaning.

Note also that the semi-colon in this sentence should be replaced with a comma.

Typically multiple types of database providers can be used to establish a connection to the database server, yet they all require that a database client software installed on the local computer, for example, both Micorsoft's System.Data.OracleClient and Oracle's Oracle.DataAccess.Client can be used to establish an ADO.NET-based connection and both internally use Oracle client software, which can be also used directly via OCI interface.
