2 years ago we purchased 4 24x7 schedulers (4 licenses). Since then, we purchased 1 upgrade 2.3, and we are running that on one server. My question is, can we use the remaining 2 licenses to run a remote agent and or a remote control on another PC. Thanks - Bob

"Remote" features in the old version 1.x and the new version 2.x are not compatible, so you need to upgrade them to the same version in order to use these features. Every licence must be upgraded separately.
