It sounds as you were trying to run your job in debugger. In debug mode a job being debugged is always executed synchronously. Therefore, the "inactive" job was found and started and your were waiting for that job to finish. : I placed the JobRun command into a script where it would initiate an inactive : script. However, when the JobRun command executed 24x7 did not display an : error message stating the requested job was not a part of the active job : pool. Instead, 24x7 remained on the JobRun command and never continued : processing.
