Post Saving changes Reply with quote

Hello,

I am using the latest version of the Scheduler - 2.3.1

I am unable to save any changes I apply to my jobs whether if it is to create a new job folder, create new jobs or create new dependencies.

I have restarted the Scheduler countless of times but it defaults to my initial saved state. I have tried to delete current jobs and current dependencies charts but the Scheduler always reverts back to the initial saved state. Note that saving the schedule database after each change does not save anything.

Help!

Lin

Do you have a process that restores you job database file from backup?

It does not sound like a 24x7 Scheduler problems, it sounds as something keeps overwritting your job database file.

None of my processes deal with the job database file, either in real time or from backup.

I am not sure why the job database file is not being overwritten with each save. Is there a limit on the size of the *.dat file? I have checked the Windows Properties for the *.dat and it is not read-protected.

I have also created a new *.dat file and new jobs/folders can be saved again. However, when there is a drawn dependency using the Editor, clicking Apply > Close then Save still does not save the dependencies.

Any thoughts on this?

Email your file to support, and ask them to check it.
